Terms & Conditions

  • As per Government of India regulations, foreign nationals must present a valid passport and a valid travel visa at the time of check-in.
  • Indian guests must present one of the following valid photo ID proofs:
    • Passport
    • Driving Licence
    • Voter ID Card
    • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card is NOT accepted as valid identity proof.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission.
  • Accommodation may be denied to guests residing in the same city.
  • Admission may also be denied if incorrect or misleading information (such as incorrect city details) is provided during reservation.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, changes or cancellations are generally not permitted.
  • In case of any unavoidable changes initiated by the hotel, guests will be informed at the earliest possible time.
  • The hotel reserves the right to:
    • Correct errors in booking details
    • Make non-significant changes without liability
  • Occasionally, unintentional errors (pricing, availability, descriptions) may be published. Guests are requested to contact the hotel directly for clarification or assistance.
  • Any eligible refund will be processed only to the original mode of payment (credit/debit card, bank account, Airpay gateway, or other payment method used).
  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days from the date of cancellation email.
  • The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death, arising from:
    • Acts of God
    • War, riots, fire, floods, storms, earthquakes
    • Government orders, strikes, lockouts
    • Any unforeseeable circumstances beyond the hotel’s control
  • The hotel shall not be considered in breach of this agreement if unable to provide services due to such circumstances.

Legitimate Reservations

  • Guests agree to make reservations only for legitimate personal use.
  • Reservations must not be made for:
    • Resale
    • False, speculative, or fraudulent purposes
    • Third-party redistribution
  • As per local social norms, unmarried Indian couples are not permitted.
    • If this is the intent, guests are requested not to book.
    • Any such booking made online will be cancelled upon arrival without refund.

Insurance

  • Guests are strongly advised to carry adequate travel insurance, including coverage for:
    • Cancellations
    • Medical emergencies
    • Accidents or illness during the stay

Passport & Identity Compliance

  • Guests are responsible for carrying all required travel documents and valid ID proofs at check-in.
  • This agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

All disputes shall be subject to Mysore jurisdiction only.

  • Any external website links provided do not imply endorsement.
  • The hotel is not responsible for temporary website unavailability due to technical issues beyond its control.

  • Personal information such as name, date of birth, address, contact details, and payment information shall be:
    • Kept confidential
    • Used only for legitimate business purposes
    • Disclosed only if required by law

  • To ensure the comfort and privacy of staying guests:
    • Local resident families are requested to make a prior booking
    • ID proof may be requested for restaurant access
  • Guests are requested to maintain silence in lobby areas, corridors, and staircases, especially during night hours.
  • Please respect traveling families and children staying at the property.
  • Parking space is limited and reserved primarily for tourists staying at the hotel.
